I found the shoe didn't have good cushioning and was too wide. What I did was get a flat cushioned insole and put it under the Fila insole. This gave me the needed cushioning and tighter fit in the toe box. If you have wide feet, I would replace the Fila insole fo a more plush one.

I’ve used several pairs of these shoes. Wide? Yes but not wide enough for my 4E foot even going up a half size larger. Also I can wear them out in under 3 months playing doubles 4 times a week. I’m 67. Now using new balance 4E for my fat feet. These Fila’s are an E at best. They also gave me corns from squished toes.
