it has to be the most ull voli build I've ever seen
not really, voli was always one of the champs where you can build literally anything and it works, the new rune just incentivizes him to do what he already did.
@@anon_148 Navori feels like it was made for him tho, the stats are garbage, but the passive basically only really works on Voli.
If you ever played Arena there is an augment called "Mystic Punch" which reduces your Cds a second every autoattack, it basically becomes an autowin on Voli, you get infinite shielding, heal, and stun, no kidding you can permastun on Voli alone, it is stronger on him that whit Taric because Taric has no range, his stun can be dodged, and his kit doesnt melt his autos naturally unlike Voli.
