They're both strings instruments, which is probably also why it goes so well together. But it is unexpected and perfect at the same time! Everytime I hear that part I get chills! It's so beautiful!!

my interpretation of the song : it's about them finally being able to touch someone's heart, making them able to see what's going on inside that person's head and heart (their ocean of thoughts and emotions), which led them into saying 'finally i can see your ocean' which for me means 'thank you for sharing your burden with me' AND IT JUST MAKES ME CRY A WHOLE BUCKET MORE DKSJKDKSKFKS

It makes me sad that Hoppipolla (and KBands in general) doesn't get the recognition they deserve.
While they aren’t like general KPOP groups, they are also talented, dedicated, and hard working people who care for their fans. It’s just ridiculous that talent like this gets overlooked in the KPOP community.
More people should take the time to appreciate their music. We need to help share this with others.

Maybe because their beautiful music is not exactly KPop. To me it's more Indie Rock or Alternative Rock or Indie KPop. I love these guys! I have turned some other people on to them.
@@cherylkane19 KPOP is more of an umbrella term as it encapsulates a variety of genres. People usually associate KPOP to simply Korean Pop music when it is so much more. Krock can be considered a branch but even as a separate entity it's amazing and slept on for too long.

님 혹시 이런느낌의 곡 몇개 추천해주실수 있습니까..? 한달째 이곡만 듣고 있습니다,
저는 원래 생각이 많은 사람이에요. 생각이 너무 많아서 종종 제가 그 생각의 바다에 빠져서 헤어나오지 못할 때가 있어요. 발버둥칠수록 더 깊이 빠지는 느낌이에요. 아무도 나를 바다에서 건져주지 않아요. 그런 제 바다에 와서 호피폴라가 노래불러주는 것 같은 느낌이 들어요. 건져내주지는 못해도 외롭지 않게 옆에 있어주는 느낌.
공감해요... 저는 생각에서 벗어나려 발버둥칠 때마다 거 깊이 빠지는 그 느낌에 늪이라고 이름 붙이고 있어요. 그런데 바다라고 하고 싶네요.. 심해까지 눈을 뜨고 잠겨들어가는 와중에 이 노래가 들린다면 그 시간이 조금 덜 미워지기도 할 것 같은 느낌.
항상 편안한 목소리로 저와 어머니께 울림을 주던 그룹 너무 감사합니다.
저희 어머니가 편찮으셨는데 호피폴라 슈퍼밴드부터 같이 보면서 그나마 어머니랑 취미 없던거 항상 호피폴라 얘기하고 노래 들으면서 같이 얘기했었어요.
제가 유학가서도 어머니 생각날때 문자 드리고도 이 노래들었죠.
그런와중에 저희 어머니가 악화되셔서 한국오자마자 겨우 한번 뵙고 돌아가셨는데 이 노래만 들으면 마음아파서 못듣겠어요.
너무 좋은 노래인데 너무 어머니 생각이 나서.... 아일님과 하현상님의 목소리가 특히 마음을 너무 때려서....

it’s very difficult to stay with someone who seems to have a lot going on in their lives but they pretend to be doing great. It takes immense patience to try to understand someone’s ocean of problems. To know when to ask about things and when to just stay quietly by their sides.
It might take years for them to open up to you.
“I won’t leave you..” the one sentence that holds the power to open any heart because the basis of most fears is the fear of abandonment after showing your true self to someone..

Going back to this mv again after saw baekhyun sang it in his ig live. I don’t believe that time will come, when my idol singing my another idol song. I was very shocked when baekhyun sang it and shed a tear! EXO and Hoppipolla are the only korean music group that I will VERY POSSIBLY love till my old days. Their talents and musics are just match well with themselves that’s why I can feel the magic in their musics. Hope to see any collaboration with both groups🫶🏼

호피폴라 프런트맨 아일이 멤버들에게 애정고백을 이 곡을 통해서 한 게 아닐까 싶다. 비슷한 색깔인듯 하지만 각자의 개성이 뚜렷한 네 사람이 일 년 넘게 마음과 소리를 맞쳐오며 점점 상대를 더 깊이 바라보게 된 시점이 느껴진다. '난 절대 변하지 않을 거야 이토록 간절하니까' 아일이 멤버들과 팬들에게 외치는 소리에 숙연해진다. 호피폴라만의 음색과 화음이 좋아서 빠진지 얼마되지 않았지만 이들의 음악이 얼마나 더 성장할지 기대로 가득하다. 호피폴라를 만나게 되어 행복이 한 겹 더 쌓인다.

As someone who’s been listening to them and liking them ever since superband I don’t want to believe they disbanded and I’ll still be waiting for them and looking forward to their come back (hopefully)
