2020 I cry kana ndakatarisa vhangeri rakaparidzwa na baba Sengwayo richiparara seizvi Vhangeri iri rakati rera tikakura Satan unoshaya kwaakabva nako shuwa
The joys of being a new parent! This song came out just in time when the late Freedom Sengwayo and his wife Agnes (also part of the backing vocalists in this song) had their daughter. A good walk down memory lane. MHSRIP!!!
I remember when i was young, my heart ran after the earthly things, However my father did not spare the rod, but admonished me to walk in the Lord's paths, He told me how much i was loved and cared for. I strayed away from home like the prodigal son, but the words spoken to me, when i was growing up, came to me, I had to go back to love. (I hope this little summary helps, not thorough, but the main girst of the song)
good to see a comment from someone who grew up in the same area as me. Used to go to the old Mbizo church with my grandma as a kid in the late 80s and early 90s
