If anyone cares about my thoughts on the game, the gameplay is INCREDIBLE. Like, unbelievably fun. And I would 100% recommend getting the game... BUT right now Ubisoft isnt giving it dedicated servers, and on the last day of beta I dropped out of about 80% of my games because of it. Until they get dedicated servers I probably wont be buying it :( Which is a shame, because the game is epic.

for honor is an awesome game
I really like how this game isn't just a mindless hack n' slash fest but you actually have to time and angle your swing and predict your opponents movements correctly in order to kill him otherwise you'll die if you mindless attack your opponents or are extremely predictable.
I posted some raw footage of what good duels can look like or id recommend a guy named true talent. He plays usually duels.

Muselk kept disrespecting his foes, sending them in the water and off the ladder(and one comrade XD). But the last time, Muselk went on the bridge the other guy was like OH FUCK THIS, runs the other way...only to get pushed off later XD For Honor indeed!
Or the whole team gangs up on one enemy.
Or people only play for the purpose of throwing them off the map....you know...the works
I have 3 videos up about my time in Beta, there was a clip where I was pwning another Orochi, he ran, I taunted, and he came back to accept his fate.
But then there was a PeaceKeeper who would only fight if she outnumbered her opponents, seriously, she would run away as soon as I killed her partner
I feel proud to say that I've never run from a fight and even fought and won a 4v1. All thanks to the Conqueror's OP Block Heal, they couldn't kill me and I just kept on building up Revenge ridiculously fast. Then every time I got low on health, I just went Total Defense and I got healed back to full in less than 10 seconds because they were all trying to attack me.
You lost me at conqueror lol. Definitely an awesome feat, but that's esentially what he was built to do. Now if you'd done this with someone without a shield i'd have no choice but to bow down lol

Farstider I'm pretty sure they rarely if ever carried shields at all.
In For Honor, none of the Samurai characters have shields. There is the one with the pokey staff that muselk was using, one with a big katana and one with a little katana. Only two of the nine heroes available in the closed beta had physical shields. Trust me, I played.
No, the game is fairly historically accurate. In fact, the samurai and the Knights should have horses if you're going to be like that.

counters to all of his current strats, 1: Find a diffrent ladder, punch him, use ranged attack, or take the path that no-one uses under C
2: (for pushing over edge) push back to counter his push, or continue hitting so he can't guard break....you can get a bunch of heavy attacks in since he won't fight
Remember the weapon triangle Muselk: axe beats lance, lance beats sword, sword beats axe

I just think it's nice to choose. It brings out another great level of customization! Plus I don't really think anyone would be really mad if they didn't have girls. Sense there was women Vikings but little else factually, yo. Maybe the developers just wanted girl characters. :)
