One hope ,what is this one hope? One calling, is every ones calling the same? One faith, what is this one faith? One Lord- father is Lord,son is Lord,why then he say one Lord? One baptism, there are many baptisms which one is this baptism? One God, Jesus is God ,father is God ,why father only is called God? Its good if you unfold those things for us ,as you doing the epistle word by word,verse by verse ! Thanks
The hope of His calling is to be adopted as a Son and receive the double portion of His inheritance which is a glorified body at the JSOC and enter into the KOG for 1000 years. This occurs by sanctification of the spirit/belief in the truth per 2 Thes 2.13/14 (the truth of Paul's gospel) and the ultimate goal is salvation of the soul per 1 Pt 1.9. We do not have salvation (only a down payment) until we receive a glorified body (flesh and bone animated by the Holy Spirit) at the judgement seat of Christ. The word for ages in Eph 2.7 aions is the word translated as eternal. The aion (eternal) spoken of in scripture is the Millennium which should be the goal of our calling.
Thank you for calling us Lord. We did not choose you rather, you chose us before we were born.
