Licensed Taiwanese Rockman Games - [Quick Look]

All four of the licensed games made by Strawberry Software, a Taiwanese company from way back when. How they got Capcom's blessing on these is beyond me.
Three of these are 'edutainment' games, so they aren't exactly supposed to be full experiences.
Now the only licensed game I haven't covered is Rockman Strategy, but that'll need its own video(s) or stream.
