you definitely have to be aware when traveling, and of course there are some places around the world that are, unfortunately, not necessarily safe to travel to. I try to keep an open mind, but I definitely can be on edge when I find myself in rural areas that are very sheltered and conservative - again, I try to keep an open mind, but always make sure you are in an ok place and can get out of a bad situation.
