Microsoft nicely forgot to explain how to display a template as a choice when you click on New. 9:30 explains it perfectly, thank you!

Great video explaining how to create a custom template! However I have a scenario as follows:
I have created a "Process Diagram Custom Template" and also a custom stencil named "Process Diagram Stencil" with shapes needed for the process diagram. I am able to see this custom stencil in Visio when using the template, as it is a stencil I have saved under My Shapes in my personal system. However, when I share this process diagram template with other team members to use, they cannot see the custom diagram stencil under My Shapes.
I'm guessing this is because the stencil is saved as my personal stencil. How do I make this stencil available to other team members under My Shapes when they're using the template?
    Please assist!
