The DIA foreign policy changes even with America from time to time. But I have not seen him change yet with Ethiopia for more than a decade. When it comes to domestic policy,I have never seen him change for more than twenty years to this day unless for the worst. He has always been repressive towards Eritreans since day one of stepping his foot in the armed struggle for independence. I think he knows well about his crimes already. Policy change or not,he must be removed now is what I say.
