The age and way dunks have deteriorated is literally a meme, people like Rick for how strong his vision is and the fabrics he chooses to use
It’s also just the way people want things they know other people can’t get even if they have the money. Obviously the dunks are a fucking beautiful shoe but also there’s a little bit of archivebeast in the people who own and/or want old rick pieces.
