Life is so very very hard when your inlaws dislike you. Happy marriage is impossible when inlaws dislike their child's spouse. The best part of my divorce was being disowned by my inlaws. My last child's grad will be the last time I never have to be in the same room with my ex inlaws. If Allah grants me a new marriage, I hope his parents love me and my children. Please parents accept your child's spouse. I hope I can be the in law my inlaws never were. I only wish I knew what I am that they disliked so much. It really hurts. My own father did not love me, than my father law thought I was Satan incordnate I felt so rejection. I would have done anything for his son, and his family.
Same for me too.. She is not leaving us to go my hubby will not leave her and come with me... She doesn't like me having problem every single day... Even we are not talking with each other from so so long... In this situation also she keeps on torturing me... My hubby doesn't mean it how much I'm suffering

Hazrat Moulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi was approached once by a young man who complained that his life was full of problems and requested hazrat to make duaa that his troubles end.
Hazrat asked 'are your parents alive?'
The man replied in the affirmative
Hazrat then asked 'are your parents happy with you?'
The man shamefully replied in the negative.
Hazrat then told the man 'if every pious person in the world came and prayed that your problems go away they will never go away until your parents are happy with you'
If your parents are alive do their khidmat day and night.
Abdulalim Omar if parents pleasure is in oppression of wife, then? So such examples are non sense.
Evil do exist in society, one cannot escape this fact or turn blind eye towards it in the name of "parents"!
all people old or young have a responsibilty to do as ALLAH says...all will be answerable to their deeds .....so if parents are doing wrong then u must explain to them and teach them ..not side with them if they commit sins....no one on this earth is perfect not even me..because their was only one person who walked this earth who was 100% perfect and that is our beloved prophet Muhammad s.a.w ....

What happen to people that make our life miserable....how so they can keep hurting our feelings and never feel sorry for what they have done....how can they think that they are doing the right thing & that they are the only people who are right and yet they keep thinking bad and saying bad things about us. What happen to the people that rejects proper discussion on any problem arise and keep blaming us for everything that happens againts their will or wish?....I`m just wondering how much sabr must we have to face these kind of people. They are creating unhealthy environment for my kids to grow up in....they are families (in laws) but I feel much more at ease being and dealing with other people than them....they are bless with a good life...career....while my family is struggling to have enough food ...but does that mean we have to agree and fulfill all their wishes even if it will effect negatively on my children's upbringing....I dont think so....I dont want to fight with them....im not the one who ignores them....im not the one who make it hard to have a peaceful discussion...I dont care anymore of their resentment towards my family...I am teaching my children to always have an open heart and mind and keep making dua' for us not to be like them...o' Allah forgive me cause I have distance myself from my IL family....I am trying to create a peaceful and positive life for my children and I...and we cannot have it if they keep hurting our feelings everytime we are with them....aamiin

It’s not always in-laws who are bad people. But the society has put all in-laws in the bad books. Some in-laws get treated so bad that they are scared to communicate with their daughter in law and live like a prisoner in their own home. Mother In laws were once daughter-in-law too. There are open minded mother in-laws out there who say to their sons to live their life as they wish. As long as they’re happy parents are happy unfortunately Some mother in laws aren’t privileged to get gifts from their sons because the daughter in law doesn’t allow him to spend any money on his mother. No Eid gifts nothing, why waste money on her. Some husbands will do everything to please their wife even degrade their parents but even that’s not enough. The man is suffering too because whatever he does to please his wife, e.g going on holidays regularly and eating out few nights a week,still isn’t enough. She also forgets one day she will become a mother in law which is a reality and history will repeat. A home becomes a lifeless house. It’s a real shame that both sides can’t get on. Life wasn’t meant to be easy it’s a struggle and patience plays a big role so we daughter-in-laws should also try to be patient and tolerant Allah will reward us in the hear after for respecting our in-laws even if they sound bitter or they may be elderly.

What if the mother in law doesn't want her daughter in law to stay with her in her house in absence of her son n compels her to stay in other house, also doesn't want any restrictions on her ,She can go where ever she feels like going and the daughter in law has to stay alone .she has no permission to enter the house where her mother in law stays with her other children .(points to be noted here -daughter in law wanted to stay with her husband's family with mutual respect n had no fights n arguments as such with any of the family members ,still mother in law forced n compelled her son to keep his wife n her daughter in law in some other place in his absence n he ,the son i.e. the husband of the girl didn't stop his mother frm taking this ruthless decision) Before marriage the mother in law had promised n given word to the daughter in law 's mother n sister that she will stay with her in her house n with her family n now after marriage she refused to even allow her to enter her house.Also when the daughter in law asked her husband (twice) to give her meher n quran back ,but they are least bothered to return her meher.husband made an excuse saying that he will give in her hand when he comes back. It has been 6months she is staying with her mother n husband is not even bothered to call n ask her about her khairiyat ,To knw whether she's still alive or dead.What do you suggest? should the girl believe in her husband's words who has only deceived her or take some action against them ?
