Which clover makes the best honey?

Both white and red clover honeys are delicious. very light coloured and sweet.ours is predominantly red as this is what our farmers grow.

@@charley3850 crimson Clover makes a lot of honey but it is an annual, mostly grown for cover cropping. It blooms fairly early so it always get some rain during its bloom.
