East Kilbride - Going To Town

The third of four films charting the development of the new town and produced for the EK Development Corporation and restored from the South Lanarkshire Council Archive.
Released in 1972 the film reuses much footage from the first two but also records the construction of the Daer reservoir and the arrival of the 12,000th family rehoused from Glasgow.
