We stayed at Poly going through DVC Rental for $2700 for the week. Same building as you stayed. Rent as far out as you can the deals are better. We are staying in Animal Kingdom Lodge in December for same price. Savana View. We usually make our reservation close to a year out.
@@stalinlovesdisney9644 Yes this is great advice, thank you for sharing! We want to do a longer stay with DVC for sure and booking in advance is the best way to go for those. Especially if you go during a less busy time of year you can save so much. Hope you have the best time in December, we will also be there then! My favorite time to go!
Hi Mackenzie. Unrelated question, but is it poor etiquette to leave mousekeeping tips in quarters? We have about $30 in quarters from our last trip. Thanks.
I don’t think it would be bad etiquette because I know they appreciate any tips! I think maybe leaving a little note explaining why you’re using quarters would help them understand that it’s not just loose change you forgot to collect and help them know it is for them!
@@TheMackenzieBorgthank you so much. I would always leave around $5 but wasn’t sure what the feeling is on coins. In the UK coins are fine for tipping.
See and that's like the nightly rate for Pop Century! What a DEAL!! I have you have the best time. Lemme know how Saratoga Springs is, it's on my list to try!
@@gregjankowski2115 Looking at the receipt the extra charges on top of the nightly rates were labeled under “processing fees” there are also fees at some companies for using certain payment types (not at either companies we used at the time of our bookings)
Just logged on for work & a new Mackenzie video pops up?! Oh I’m SAT 😌
LOVE when I see I have a new video to watch when I start my work day! Hope you enjoy 🥰
This helped me so much! Will definitely be looking into renting DVC points!
YAY! So happy it was helpful!
Thank you for introducing me to two new DVC rental websites! I'm glad you had a great experience!
Yay! I feel like those aren’t the most “popular” websites but we had such great experiences and found the exact availability we were looking for!
Thanks for sharing the actual numbers! 😊
@@Christined45 you’re welcome! I feel like it helps see the pricing differences a lot better when using the exact numbers!
Loved you video as always!
@@dannyallen522 Thank you 🤍

I always wanted to learn more about renting DVC points.
It was such a good experience for us! Hopefully this gave you a good starting point!

I’m staying at Saratoga Springs and paying $200 a night with an awesome deal I fell into renting points!!!! 🤣

I thought there where no Taxes on renting DVC Points at WDW, I could see there are likely fees to transfer reservation.

This is interesting because I feel like most people don’t realize they can rent DVC points! Or maybe I’m just a rookie
@@cajunjedi Hahaha I didn’t know about it for awhile either! But it’s a really great way to save on some of the most beautiful resorts!
