Hello, excellent guidance, I would appreciate your help, I have problems with the program, everything comes out bigger and flattened on the y-axis, thanks
@MW LASER thanks for your videos! I noticed that when I repeatedly cut the same design, the cut tends to gradually move a few millimeters down the Y axis and therefore the cut does not always reposition itself in the same point. What could be the problem? Thank you for your answer!
Hey mate, I'm trying to cut some triangles in a specific way so they don't get butchered. Basically the corners will be too sharp and the knife will pick up the material due to drag. Is there a way to start the cutting of the triangle at the centre of the long side and go outwards to one end then back to the centre and go towards the opposite end, then after that just complete the rest of the triangle?
Mathew will you do a video on nodes i'm having issues with RD Works changing my artwork once imported and the only solution i have found is to manipulate the nodes?
Thank you! Unfortunately I can not how to regulate speed/power of cutting when laser goes to the end of the line and return back. In that case the speed is slower then stop, then increase again, but the power is the same, so the material burns a lot in this spot . Where is the tool to regulate it?
adjust the min and max power settings for your cut, without knowing exactly your current settings and the material you are using etc.. I cannot advise what they should be - you can email askmatt@mwlaser.com.au for more assistance. Cheers
hello, maybe you can help me with a problem, i bought a cloudray controller Ruida RDC6442 S-B but it doesn't seem to be recognizing the pendrive, when inserting the pendrive with the file, a document not found message appears. is there something wrong or just a configuration? I appreciate any help.
if using the USB drive for the 1st time on the controller, make sure it is formatted correctly, and the files you are transferring to the USB are the correct format and not saved in a separate folder on the USB
@@MWLaser Ok friend, thank you for your help. Actually it was a matter of file extension, the controller only opens files with extension .RD, I was trying to open dxf, dwg, cdr files in order. The controller operates in conjunction with the RDworks sotwere which transfers these files to the RD extension. Anyway, I am very grateful for your attention and a fan of your work. thanks!
My new machine is a CR1390 with CR130-150W and the New Cloudray RuiDa RD6432G Controller. Links to more information on the machines I use can be found on my website mwlaser.com.au/about-us/ If you are in Australia and would like a quote, email Matt@mwlaser.com.au Cheers Matt

Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere but do you have any details on the laser behind you Matt?

Or that is possible use for engraving ? I think is possible
this is for CUT optimization, you can use the layer order to arrange engraving priorities. Cheers Matt
