Nice clean w140 I like the rims and the silver paint great combination. I have a 99 w140 s500 I luv it its my daily driver. Welcome to the w140 gang. Great deal!
Thank you so much brother!
Oh yours is lovely I am sure!
I really wanted thr S500 but M104 is familiar that’s why.
I did a bunch of stuff to it already soon I will make a video about my progress! Thank you
How reliable has your S500 been? I would put aside a couple thousand dollars each year for regular maintenance. It’s the extra repair and maintenance that is my concern.
Congrats!! I have a W140 500SEL and for me it's the best car of the world, greetings from Ecuador..
Thank you much!
I was looking at a 1995 S500 SEL up north like 3.5 hours drive but it had much more issues cosmetic and few mechanical and also 141k but pre facelift so they had the wiring harness issue and evaporator heat core issues and the M104 is bulletproof!
High mileage means nothing bad as long they took care of the car. Thats said a Mercedes-Benz from this era was still designed to last a lifetime. Alway wanted to own one in my life and now it is the time for me to get one asap.
Congrats !! You have made the right choice.
Thank you,
I’ll be making another Video soon, I have done some stuff to it already!!’
Absolutely love how it runs and drives and handles, astounding!
Beautiful, I love old school w140’s . I have a w221 , but have always wanted a long wheel base w140 , lookin for one now...
Oh yea that’s perfect cool combo, I love the W221 as well, I want to own one,
one day probably when I move back to my home country- Bulgaria!
What year and engine and color combo you have?
How many miles?
What model W140 you want?
I will make soon another video of my progress so far on it! Thank you
I picked up a 1994 swb s320 from an auction recently no one bid I paid 400. 140k miles runs good. Rotted brake lines fixed that and changed master cylinder. Front end needs work clean interior minor cosmetics. Working on it now most features works drives and shifts but a few leaks. We will see!!!!
I this for these $400 is a steel even if it needs major stuff, but if you get it to Run and Drive it`s amazing, I miss that 1997 One, I got a 1995 S320 that I am currently working on, it`s almost done, I`ll be making more Videos on it soon.
Congrats and Hopefully you get it done perfect with Not too much of Moneys put in to it
These cars are so clean!
very nice! As said below. welcome to the W140 club. My 1994 S320 SWB has 141k miles....running strong!
Thank you.
I love the W140’s.. One day the Goal will be V8 Long, Lower mileage….!!!!
Did the thermostat fix the heater. I’ve read that’s 25-30 hours a labour to replace as it’s full dash out job
Add the badge! Believe me. It'll make it look complete. The "delete" looks ugly as hell.

Nice car , how is it running ? Thanks
Thank you for asking bud
It runs and drives amazing I am currently In the Final Stage of getting it done,
So right now I have my friend private mechanic getting replaced all of the following:
Front And Rear Brakes and Rotors-OEM
Rear Stuts- Gabriel
Front Tie Rod End Set- Lemforder
Driver Side Window Regulator,
Oil Pan Gasket,
Drive Belt Tensioner and The Steering Wheel..
After that it will be about a 100% done as far as mechanically goes.
I Did majority of the cosmetics and at one point down the Road I will get the whole thing painted!!
Keep In Mind it Runs and Drives perfect even before the work done, but me getting the whole thing done will give me a Nice piece of mind to Not worry about anything and I can hit the Road o. A Road-trip without any worries.
Hopefully that helps bud…
What do you drive?
Fuck I wish my transmission was this nice😂and 206k but it only cost me $1400🤙😂
Oh really yeah It still shifts super great I guess it was serviced properly but $1400 for New One isn’t bad at all!!!!
Congrat enjoy 11 klm per liter
Thermostar oxygen sensor and spark plugs need to be check and also charcoal canister valve need tobe check
Hello, I congratulate you on your class S, it's beautiful. Do you know if you can still get all the parts or spare parts for this car? Do you know of their common problems? Thanks for your answer. Cheers
Yes I purchased 99% of all Parts either through EBay or PartsGeek.com and common issues are usually transmission fluid, spark Plugs , Gaskets, Look for suspension issues like Tie Rod Ends and So on, Interior stuff and Trims I have fixed a Lot But Overall no major issues; great vehicle still have it and keeping it
@@alekscarguy5153 very kind, thank you very much for your answer. So I can make the purchase decision.
@@wandreslopez30 you bet I hope that helps, if you follow my chanell and focus on my Videos for this vehicle specifically you will be able to learn a lot, all the work I have put in to it, how much I spend, pros and cons and everything and progress in completion.. thank you,
Also If you watch I made some videos on actual work performance on it and the final Video of that vehicle I go over pretty much everything I did on it!
Hopefully that helps and subscribe please! Thank you
I need to buy me another w140.I can't find one
@@candygreen1831 nice shout be some down there..
What engine you will be looking for?
@@candygreen1831 I love the V12 for sure pretty amazing and literally the top of the top but for me just not good Idea to have daily driver V12.
The S320 is a sold daily almost same MPG as my W210 E320
Do you daily this? Is it hard to park
Not anymore, but yes honestly it is indeed hard to park, especially since it doesn’t have parking sensors or back up camera
Alex I have a rare spec 138k kilometers please contact me ? Would love to chat ? I’m restoring mine at the moment with cosmetics

Check the timing chain and guides. Replace the trans fluid and filter every 60,000 miles. And make sure you use full synthetic engine oil.
