Kindly provide service to Indian customers through setting up service centers. Its not always practical to send the defective item abroad for repairs by paying huge costs and bearing transit risk of damaging the item. The XHData features are excellent.

When I charge the radio by cable, its flashlight stays on. Is this normal?

Normally charging doesn't cause the flashlight to turn on, can you turn it off via the flashlight switch?
