There is no url in accessing bastion. U simply go to the vm and connect bastion instead rdp Yes u can connect the vm thru bastion until unless u have permission.

Ofcourse yes u can connect multiple vms using same bastion subnet
Sandeep bhai.. Bastion doesn't allow to copy any data in VM for example any setup file (sep ) through clipboard.. how we can copy paste any data ?
U can move files into azure file share then paste into ur local machine

Bastion public ip is required to connect the vm over internet thru secure channel.
