UFO is a TV show that was so close to perfection it needs to be left as is

Great idea.They need to keep it as close as possible to the original series to keep the special magic of it (and not f**k it up like they did with 'Lost In Space').Its very hard to replicate the 60s feel, as we all know, but at least we should try.Keep the original music score(or very similar), that's very important.It's one of the best ever.This is an excellent concept visual right here(to look more like Star wars/Alien/5th Element/Battlestar Galactical/Buck Rogers etc.),but most of all find another Gabriell Drake! I have actually seen a few chicks that look like Gabrielle Drake but was too afraid to ask them if they want to be in it.

Great show. Better than anything today.
No. By all means entertain is all with a new movie length story. Everyone will be grateful. But reproduce as identically as possible every feature of the series. This trailer even gets rid of the one shot interceptors! They're the most exciting part.
I would love a new ufo film but as this is 5 years old I doubt it is happening anytime soon

I don’t think a new Ufo 🛸 show should be made as a re-make.The original show was the best one….ever!Beside’s that,it’s already been done,now,many year’s ago!If people want an update,they should read the Ufo book’s by a;Robert Miall.Even if they were printed in 1970.This will be as close to an ‘update’as they’ll get!

Why does it use UK English for organisation and US English for defense?
The original show was made in England and the main base in the story was in England. If the show was made today, I believe they would make it more credible with somekind of worldwide co-operation and bases all over the world, which would make more sense. I am in Australia where we also follow the Queens English! It may also make more sense to use the acronym - Strategic Homeland Alien Defense Organisation instead of Supreme Headquarters Alien Defense Organisation! You can use the British or american spelling.

UFO has so many flaws by todays standards it needs to be updated and redone, the old men dribbling at all the young girls is quite sickening
That would be a very accurate statement. It is surprising how many old Tv shows and films fit this same category.
