We met Bianca the first day of the Curse opening x She filled my friends water bottle up for her, because no one else would, and the water from the freestyle machines were not working x I knew back then she was a lovely down to earth genuine person, i love seeing her flourish within the park, she has done so much in such a short space of time. I get goose pimples just imagining what she has in store for us next! She is an Amazing person with a heart of gold! You can clearly see she has so much passion for the park! X just need to bring back Henry the Hound now, in line with bringing back traditional things lol x Great Interview well done Lads 👏👏

I've said from the first day of the season that I really like the way she is managing the park and that she is doing what we have all wanted for so long. To hear that she watches the channels that talk about the industry is proof that she is receptive and responsive to what people want and what the park needs. I hope she goes a long way with Alton Towers.

Love this! What an interview and I already holding out for the sequel. Such openness and great insight in to the logistics of the park. She is doing a phenomenal job and her team is exceeding my expectations. Tad gutted you didn’t talk Aramark and the poor quality /high price (I don’t mind the themed foods, it’s the restaurants).
But the future is looking amazing for altontowers and she’ll be a celebrity for years to come as the director who changed their direction and turned the park around (with her team ofcourse)

when bianca joined the towers team, it really gave me hope for the park, as it was going downhill season by season but i can say that i am very impressed and happy with the way the park is going right now and im looking ofrward to the future. in my opinion bianca really brought towers back on track and shes doing an amazing job

Bianca needs to sort the catering situation at Alton Towers Hotel. We stayed at the there on Nemesis opening weekend and the evening meal we had in the Secret Garden restaurant was exceptional, one of the best we have had. However with the expectations so very high, our included buffet breakfast in the same restaurant was one of the worst breakfasts ever, nearly unedible. I feel like maybe the accommodation is forgotten about with such focus on the theme park.

The thing that comes across about Bianca watching this and the ones she did with Mr Evans and also theme park worldwide is watching this you can see that Bianca actually wants to be there and do these interviews and have conversation with enthusiasts. You try getting Amanda on...she won't even look Ur way bet you any money...that's why I now prefer Bianca to Amanda
