At tiyaka ang Hirap na mag tnt ngayon unlike before ,and if ever mag tnt ka maglabas ng batas na hindi na mag grant ng passport or like suspension para hindi na mag lakas loob yung iba and yung dini-discourage yung pupunta sa ibang bansa as tourist then mag transition into worker as long as legal yung papers ,kasi May nabasa ako isang OFW from UK umuwi dito para mag vacation to Singapore with her husband tapos offload kasi nakita na parang hindi na siya umuwi kasi nga nakahanap ng trabaho na sabi pa I give up yung working visa niya sa UK para payagan mag Singapore ,Luh !! 🥴
Only in the PH lang talaga pagdating sa Immigration, yung tipong andun na lahat ng papers mo pero hahanapan ka pa rin talaga ng butas para maoffload ka. Sorry to say this pero sometimes kasi parang may gusto silang ilagay sa silong.

Kahit anong mangyari hindi dapat nagpapakita ng proof or resibo ng actual income. Yung mga documents like bak stmts and bak cert very personal yun. Kahit ang Embassy hindi sila pwedeng tumawag sa bank at iconfirm kung magkano ang pera ng isang applicant.

same feeling here Haha 😆 i am married with korean and ofcourse i have a visa but last november when we are going to visit in korea, i have C31 visa multiple entry instead of F6 visa kasi we're living in philippines so visit visit lang in korea . last november we went in korea but i don't understand the attitude of the IO 😅 nakita na nila ang visa ko is C31 and we are with our childs that time . Tatanungin ka pa na kasal kayo ? do you have a copy of your marriage cert ? so when i answered her i have the photo only then ang sagot ng IO is kaya nga i said soft copy 🙄 if i've heard she said that i don't have to say anything and just show it to her . kalokaaaa hirao intindihin ng Immigration sa pinas like what you've said 🤦♀️ if yoi tried to get a visq you have to submit all the document or proof that you are fit to travel in korea and they will approved it once they are satisfied since you have legit documents but in immigration kahit may visa ka pa wala silang pakielam if bet ka nilang ioffload . kalokaaaa sa pinas 🙄 pero when we arrived in korea i just submit may passport and visa 1min checking and stamp then you can go na wala ng tanong tanong .

same sakin na hold aq satin sa immig. Meron na ako visa issued by uae so walang problema kahit pabalik balik ako ng uae as tourist ngaun na kwestyon ng IO na nkakailng balik daw aq ng uae tapos ask sila ng bank accts., etc basta dami tanong nila..
Ay nahold din ako sa immigration haaaay stressed ako pag naaalala ko at dahil May ka name lang ako kahit May nbi clearance naman ako at magkaiba naman middle name, age, address at mukha namin. Nakakaloka pinapunta ko sa likod xinerox pa Nila id ko Kaya naoffload ako kasi mga 30 minutes ata. Mga Buyset talaga hinde news lang, totoong bwisit talaga immigration.

Feel bad for what she had to experience in the immigration, but her profile actually has a lot of red flags.😭 She’s staying with a friend, the financial docs presented for her visa is from the inviter, she entered before for a short term student visa but extended a few times (this is overstaying for PH immigration POV) that’s why she was able to stay for years, and she was offloaded before as well. These won’t be easy to erase from her records.

financial docs are from me. The company provided the invitation letter and business permit only. And its not a short term visa, Its d4 visa, which means its for 2 yrs studying. Pls read the descriptions I put on the video before concluding. Kasi ur conclusions without reading carefully is very misleading. Thanks :)
