NEP 2020 is very well explained and it became a game changer until its implementation is done properly and reviewed on tm to tm and all this can't be done without teachers'intrinsic motivation and change of mindset.🇮🇳

This NEP is a big challenge indeed with many stakeholders and the present school system has become a business - just dump the books upon students - give test etc. (1) The English info box was changing very fast, one can miss out, please slow it down in future.(2) When is the NEP is going to be rolled out, what are the list of SKILLS to be coached etc are MISSING in the English box. More such content act as a summary of this interview. The lady interviewer has done a good job.
The officer lady barely covered any of these points that's probably why they're not in the box. She kept giving vague answers skirting around the issue. She did not mention when the process will be adopted, she just said it'll happen gradually.

No doubt NEP is a good strategy for Developed India But first of all we need to transform our schhols and Train our Teachers For better implementation of This Policy to give better result I think many Teachers are not aware of this .
Yes we have an Excellent Education Policy as we see now, but to implement that we need more than 15000 college that will cater those students in terms of their higher education that should only be the government colleges otherwise there will be a lot of population left without education or same as present condition like they have their degree but never gone to college. Then no one can imagine how this demographic dividend will become a liability in upcoming 20-25 years.

उच्च शिक्षा मे fees का आधार सालाना कमाई होनी चाहिए, जाति नहीं! उच्च व तकनिकी शिक्षा की fee सभी समाज, लिंग के लोगो के लिए कम व बराबर होनी चाहिए! ( केवल PWD को या अत्यंत पिछड़े कुछ आदिवासी वर्ग और अनाथ बच्चों के लिए मुफ्त होनी चाहिए ). ऐसे जनरल केटेगरी के बच्चे जिन्हे आरक्षण के कारण सीट नहीं मिलती,उनके लिए निजी संस्थानों मे कम शुल्क पर शिक्षा का अवसर मिलना चाहिए!
बढते तकनीकी विकास जैसे AI का शिक्षा के क्षेत्र मे निश्चित तौर पर व्यापक प्रभाव पडता है ऐसे मे हमारी नयी शिक्षा नीति इसप्रकार के तकनीकी विकास को कैसे अपने मे समावेशित करेगी? 2- तकनीकी विकास समस्या समाधान के साथ कई चुनौतिया भी लाता है तो इसप्रकार की चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए हमारी नयी शिक्षा नीति कितनी तैयार है ?

NEP is going to be historical failure... NEP_2020 is looking like changing of stages or increasing or reducing of time frame for earning degrees/ diploma. NEP 2020 is just a over burden on the limited teacher. Collection of data from school by the multiple authority for multiple times is the new normal work of teachers. Students are being made busy with over emphasize on co- curricular activities like preparation for dancing and playing. RTE-2009 is the major turning point of degradation of education. Now school is free not education. As per RTE-2009, there is mentioned student teacher ratio. But there are lot of school having single or two teacher/s, and due to that many gurdian says that there are no enough teacher in the school but the government is saying there is not enough students in school, therefore no more appointment. Every school is transforming inclusive in pen and paper, but the students are not getting well education as special schools, they are/ may be just getting comfort with normal society. Overemphasis on ICT, now a days all the educational planner mad with ICT or Educational Technology even if something can be written in black board simply with higher visibility (like mathematics). Student may be happy with some videos or tools of Educational Technology but it doesn't mean that they are learning. Our prime objective to teaching learning, joy should be integrated or secondary.

ITEP (Integrated Teacher Education Program) as per NEP is also not evolving as expected. Most (may be 95%) of the departments in colleges are running in contract or private mode.
This is a big problem on which the government is not making its intentions clear. Our government is running away from its responsibility by handing over this sector to private players. It seems as if its own financial interests are involved in this.

NEP is going to be historical failure... NEP_2020 is looking like changing of stages or increasing or reducing of time frame for earning degrees/ diploma.
NEP 2020 is just a over burden on the limited teacher.
Collection of data from school by the multiple authority for multiple times is the new normal work of teachers. Students are being made busy with over emphasize on co- curricular activities like preparation for dancing and playing.
RTE-2009 is the major turning point of degradation of education. Now school is free not education. As per RTE-2009, there is mentioned student teacher ratio. But there are lot of school having single or two teacher/s, and due to that many gurdian says that there are no enough teacher in the school but the government is saying there is not enough students in school, therefore no more appointment.
Every school is transforming inclusive in pen and paper, but the students are not getting well education as special schools, they are/ may be just getting comfort with normal society.
Overemphasis on ICT, now a days all the educational planner mad with ICT or Educational Technology even if something can be written in black board simply with higher visibility (like mathematics). Student may be happy with some videos or tools of Educational Technology but it doesn't mean that they are learning. Our prime objective to teaching learning, joy should be integrated or secondary.

ओर कोन सा छात्र कौन सी चीज चुनेगा ये उसके उस विषय के आंनद से ही उससे ज्ञात हो पाएगा
हां साथ में उसकी उस विषय में क्षमता के आंकलन कि भी जरूरत पड़ेगी
मार्गदर्शन के लिए शिक्षक ओर माता पिता है
परन्तु छात्र कि सोच को अनदेखा करके उसके विकास में उसकी सहायता करना बहुत मुश्किल है

ITEP (Integrated Teacher Education Program) as per NEP is also not evolving as expected.
Most (may be 95%) of the departments in colleges are running in contract or private mode.
This is a big problem on which the government is not making its intentions clear. Our government is running away from its responsibility by handing over this sector to private players. It seems as if its own financial interests are involved in this.

Everybody is looking for job and opportunity now .. and Nep wants us to learn local languages like Tamil Telugu etc.
English which is an official language since long now English will be a foreign language 😂.
