The options are [1] day and date, [2] time. there's no option to show time and date at the same time :)

Use the hands alignment menu to calibrate / zero the hands position.
If it can not reach 0, I'd suggest to take it to the dealer / service center in your location

Thanks for the set up video. I bought this model, it's a real tough guy, great for day to day and takes knocks in it's stride. My only gripe is the backlight - it's pretty useless. Situated in a poor place and generally very poor at illuminating. With the hand markers and the hour markers being the same color in the dark when illuminated it becomes a confusing mish mash of white flecks that take you longer to read the time.
