I went on my first international solo trip to Vietnam! In this episode I'm exploring the cities of Da Nang and Hue City - and I absolutely loved them! Da Nang is located about 19 hours away from Ho Chi Minh city, and is known for its beaches, nightlife and food. Lively and vibrant, the city is up until the wee hours of the AM and is perfect for people for those who enjoy a good city vibe.
Hue city, located about 1 hour away from Da Nang, is more laid back and slow. Often deemed as the city of poetry and love, Hue city is perfect for vacationers looking for a tranquil getaway. On your visit here, don't miss out on the tombs, the parks, the rivers and most importantly - the sunrise at the perfume river!

You look very beautiful and feminine in that Vietnamese traditional Ao Dai. I think that kind of Ao Dai was for the upper class Vietnamese women in the ancient Vietnam, and they wore it during big events or ceremonies.
it's called áo tấc, it can be worn by both men and women, not only for upper class but also middle class as well. Yes it is worn during big events and ceremonies.
