Chi Mochi She’s actually in a kpop group called WJSN(cosmic girls) and u can hear her sing there. She gets few verses to sing but u can still hear her.
alexis it’s true that no one is perfect but u can actually hear her sing in her Kpop group called WJSN(cosmic girls) if u haven’t even heard her yet
to be honest i found that out of those (in this video), cheng xiao and insun worked really well together. both their practice and performance was relaxing to watch, it felt really pretty. the way insun was treating her with care, as if she was fragile, yet had no fear of touching her, made the performance really enjoyable. his voice too, is quite soothing.
their confidence topped it off!
One of the reason I love her so much is she have a healthy body (which is not too skinny like normally k-pop idols or ballerina) n she even can dance ballet beautifully 🥰🥰🥰

How long would it take to become as flexible as Cheng Xiao? I'm not flexible at all...
happy effi bambi, if you are persistent, it goes smoothly with out you knowing
years of practice and starting young lol
It depends on how often you'll stretch and for how long and if you're consistent with stretching often and how far you're pushing yourself. I think on average it takes about 3 - 4 months to get a split if you're non flexible and are starting from ground 0.
I personally reached the ground in 3 months with my left splits (could maybe get back flexibility as well as right splits all at once if you had the determination, but I got lazy) , but I pushed myself too far and had to take a 2 week break to heal and I lost it... This happened many times and is still happening for me where I would injure myself many times and have to take a long break from stretching. If you're like me and are too stubborn to stop overworking your legs, take caution, especially once you reach really close to your splits. What stretching does is it gradually makes the nerves in your legs send less pain signals from the repetition of pain, and it's both a blessing and a curse. Pain hurts so it's a relief to not feel it as much, but pain is also what tells your body to stop what it's doing before further damage is done. You can't tell when to stop as easily when there's less pain than what you're used to.
A long time and start early because your joints are more open and easier to move etc. Stretching everyday... Commitment

changxiao is good flexible linemnt but the posture is lacking. it's understandable I think I've been in ballet for almost 7 years since ballet is the foundation of most dances thats I already dance most of dances in my country and also latin and western dances

I don't know if ballerinos can lift girls that are 50-56 kgs. I mean I've seen shows where girls are at their ACTUAL healthy weight. I feel like it's not that fault of the girls being their natural weight but actually because the guys are finding difficulty in lifting them.
