Si se puede evitar, sí lo usas a diario
Compre un enjuage bucal de oral B con Flúor de 4 en 1 ,lo uso cada que terminó cada comida ,pero leí que según esto es malo usar el enjuage todos los días ,suelo usarlo 2 a 3 veces al día y más limpiar las resinas que traigo en los molares ,está mal usarlo todos los días ??? Daña los dientes o el esmalte su uso diario ? Ya que padezco de fluruosis :/
Usarlo 1 vez al día es más que suficiente. El flúor remineraliza el esmalte del diente y no permite que se formen caries, además disminuye la sensibilidad dental.
¿Doctora una pregunta cuando hay que colocar la cera de ortodoncia?? ¿Tolera la comida o el cepillado, es decir no se quita con la comida o el cepillo??
Hola Hermy, gracias por tu comentario. La cera para ortodoncia debes retirarla cada vez que vas a comer y cuando te vas a cepillar los dientes. Después te colocas una nueva. Ya que el cepillo y la comida la remueven, la tumban y es solo para aliviar la molestia, en el momento. Si es un alambre que quedó largo y es muy molesto asiste con tu ortodoncista para que te lo corte.
