You know after seeing this video dozens of times, it has made old wounds open up again, but one thing is for sure ... it has made me a strong person it has made me realize that yes I am a survivor in the EMS world. I miss all the people that I worked with because we had that special bond. Thank you for bringing this video to light for those who give up so much of themselves to help others.

Nice video but seriously at :20 the FF is yanking the car door shaking the car like crazy. Bad technique when you have a patient inside with possible neck/back injury.

depends on the situation and sometimes you have no choice but to sedate the patient and break their legs to get them free

Sometimes, brut force is needed..........Time is of the essence. Taking 5 extra minutes to carefully cut a car apart doesn't matter if you're extricating a dead body.......
