    I personally think that specifically for combat sports it’s always best to have a person with you who either holds pads or is there for resistance, every exercise that is focused around fighting needs an Opponent ( in my opinion) because in the end you will be standing against someone else who try’s to kill you.
    The only time Training alone should be in times where no one is available and there you can take your time to focus on yourself.
    Road work is good but doing it with someone else always brings some competition with it, challenging yourself is great but challenging someone else is even better.
    Also the times where I progressed the most is when I trained with people who where better then me or at least at the same lvl, that’s also the reason why pro fighters always surround themselves with other pros.
    At the end I want to thank you because your videos are often the reason to give a little push in the right direction to train on days even tho I’m (also some other people) alone and don’t think it’s necessary to train and instead wait on other to motivate them.

    • @CHEZCANTERE
      @CHEZCANTERE  Рік тому +5

      For me I would go for time. Jogging for 30mins for example. If I’m looking to increase my wind, I would focus more on doing so many back and forth running for time. Example 10 laps in the shortest amount of time then tying to beat that time the next time I do it with that format
