How about the struggles to find the right people to fall back on when you're about to relapse in bad habits? I don't know what you call it but it is some sort of emotional safety net or something like that.
do what you love man! tbh your charisma and striving for knowledge is enough.
I would really want to see you talking with people that have got something really good and your comment on it, for example: you mentioned in this video, you talked about what you learned from Rian and that was a eye opener for you. I want to learn more about your eyeopener moments, for you and your guests. Cuz I really symptazied about what you have learned.
Personally, I use the strategy of avoiding temptation by not going home until everything is done for the day. Go gym, then go to work, then go study afterwards at uni, THEN go home.

It’s nice to see this - I don’t post videos as often because I wanted to try different things but everyone and everything said not to do that… but we all have to find our way to the next chapter. It’s 2024, one year is equivalent to 25 years not that long ago. Change is good! 🎉
love to see back .. for your information we all loved your first videos - I guess -because we felt with you many things .. we felt authenticity and sincerity and relevance I truly saw myself in you and the way you brought stories and information was so genuine and yet valuable and professional. I think what you lost along the way was the fun side ... you turned the channel into a work that you do .. and have to do .. not a mission filled with joy and joyful hard like the episodes with graham about raising 10k for charity. I truly think you are a genuine and good person who truly wants to help people and that's why I like your videos and wait for them.

I appreciate that you want to do the "quick cut off editing" ... however please consider not cutting off the silence when you are making a point with your face at the end of a sentence. It is priceless and is "speech" itself which gets crushed/lost/damages by the audio voice of your next clip coming in over top of it. Example: 6 min in - the face you make after saying, "felt like throwing up". 🙏 THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT WORK - YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION BIG TIME.

I love the concept of the One Thing that you have talked about in multiple videos. I am struggling to implement it and your help would be really appreciated. Here's the deal:
I'm a Computer Science undergrad gearing up for college placements soon. Recruiters are all about good coding problem-solving skills (DSA) and impressive projects, which need different kinds of practice and time investment.
But here's the twist: I've got big dreams of becoming a singer/musician too! That means regular training in vocals, ear training, and mastering instruments.
Oh, and staying fit with daily workouts is a must!
Plus, there's the whole college assignments and exam juggle.
How do I make the One Thing concept work in this whirlwind of goals?

Men, do not stop making hard videos, they are special, and unique - but there is no big messages in thsi vvideos, in your "simple" videos where you jsut sitting and talking smart stuff to us, people see value. Make sometimes lets say once a year hard and expensive video line with NAVY SEALS BUT combine it with long reflection and smart stuff at the end = 1000mln views!

Eating what I want, not making videos. Etc. now I’m back. Maybe it was in the stars? Some sort of planet that depletes energy 😂 idk. But we’re back baby
