The image that comes to your head when you hear Milli Vanilli is Rob and Fab's because of a scam created by the producer. They indeed had charisma and were great dancers, but the vocalists also have their merit as they played a BIG role in the project. Without ther voices, nothing would've happened. Rob and Fab could sing it's true, but at the time they were not as experienced with singing as the original singers were and their english wasn't good at all, so it wouldn't work, they would need a lot of time to learn how to sing correctly and also to improve the pronnunciation. Maybe they could've done it, but they didn't as the producer didn't let them to. So let's not forget the real singers and their work because without it, there wouldn't be Milli Vanilli! ;)

Não, não é verdade que eles estariam no topo até hoje porque ESSA OPORTUNIDADE FOI TIRADA DELES. The image that comes to your head when you hear Milli Vanilli is Rob and Fab's because of a scam created by the producer. They indeed had charisma and were great dancers, but the vocalists also have their merit as they played a BIG role in the project. Without ther voices, nothing would've happened. Rob and Fab could sing it's true, but at the time they were not as experienced with singing as the original singers were and their english wasn't good at all, so it wouldn't work, they would need a lot of time to learn how to sing correctly and also to improve the pronnunciation. Maybe they could've done it, but they didn't as the producer didn't let them to. So let's not forget the real singers and their work because without it, there wouldn't be Milli Vanilli! ;)

Se não fosse o escândalo e se o produtor tivesse deixado eles aparecer desde o início, com certeza que hoje em dia eles seriam lendas e bem lembrados até hoje. Mas com tudo o que houve eles acabaram fracassando quando deram as caras. Todo mundo saiu prejudicado com isso, não só Rob e Fab. The " real " milli vanilli... they are not even performing. Give me Fabrice and Rob anyday over these guys. I mean i havent been able to see a video of this group performing live. Not one song. The only thing they did live was some kind of sound proof with their voices and a microphone but that's it.

Frank Farian is the real Milli Vanilli. He wrote most of the songs, wrote the bass hooks, envisioned the entire project, and even a lot of the singing in many of the songs is actually his voice. Charles Shaw is the real voice of 'Girl You Know It's True', Brad Howell is the real singer of 'Blame it on the Rain', and John Davis, seen here, is mainly the true singer of 'Keep on Running'....the real female vocals on every Milli Vanilli recording were always the Rocco sisters, who are Caucasian Twins. The real drummer for Milli Vanilli was white and one of the best studio drummers in all of Germany. Milli Vanilli was an extremely complex project to pull off. One of Farian's stipulations was that every performer presented on stage had to be black, despite the fact that many of the vocals are from white Europeans.

They weren't the first. In USSR in the 80s we had very popular female fronted band Мираж , opera singer sang the songs on the records and different sexy girls performed them on the concerts!

No,no cantaban,intentaron hacerlo cuando vieron que empezaban a arrasar en las ventas y conciertos,se dieron cuenta del peligro que se les venía si seguían usurpando las voces originales y le pidieron al productor que los dejaran cantar pero no accedió,eso selló su destino y destapó el fraude.
