I love how kakoa looks to the sides when their in the crosswalk 😂
I noticed 50 years ago that most dogs would look both ways before crossing the street... and that some humans did not.

I was scared they were going to knock you off the bike 🚴 but they did very well!! :) looks like a lot of fun!

Go to Alaska in the autumn, practically every day you will see a team running their dogs on the trails next to the road lol. Just an everyday thing here.

When they put on their gear their face was like “what is this pls dad why”then when is was time to mush (I think I that’s how you say it) they were to crazy but then they got the hang of it so like I say those amazing dogs are smart

A recommendation is that you could teach them the actual left and right mushing comands,them being haw(left ) and gee ( right ) it’s a little easier for them to understand and for you to say it

*I was so tensed that you would fall off your bike and the huskies would leave you. It was so cute if kakoa and sky to co-operate with you. It was like you sleding and they were pulling you. Though at first they couldn't understand what it was that they were meant to do, on the fourth of fifth they got the hang of it. Adorable, loved it. ❤️❤️🐺*

Hey a training tip for someone wanting to teach curb boundaries or waiting . When first teaching them to wait, walk back to them and reinforce the waiting and once you’re back with them give the “okay” calling them out of the wait position teaches them to anticipate leaving the wait position as the whole command is “ be placed sitting/ standing, wait for a while, then go leave the curb” and not “be placed, wait for a while”. Obviously both get results but the ‘returning to dog’ method is usually easier for dogs to understand. And the end goal should be you release them from anywhere.
I also found teaching wait and stay as too different cues makes the stay command stronger. Dogs I train know wait mean they’ll be released in a few seconds and stay means don’t move until I’m back next to you or holding your collar.
Reminds me of the days when I was a kid and would loop my German Shepherd/collie to the handle of my scooter. It was fun. Your dogs look like they were having so much fun too!
