The key to success : He works hard,he rests after work,he doesn't have time for social media ..because time is preciouss,he wears simple clothes because he feels good just the way he is...He doesn't care that much of the appearances !!!! Klopp is a simple human being,focused on what he needs to do for Liverpool,he loves football,he loves life..he loves people..He is an inspiration for many !!! We love you Boss :)

Man being born in the mid 80s , wasnt aware of our last league titles. Have had to watch 4 different teams take turns in periods of dominance, and watch 6 overall, win the league. Dont remember the Leeds title either. But they make 7. Anyways, to be where we at now, mid 30s and to see us walking over everyone of those teams, being already European and world champions and swatting aside any team we play is like dreamland. Thank you for coming to LFC Jurgen. I will enjoy every second knowing it's not guaranteed for any team to win or be this good.

That boi I’m 44 and caught the tail end of our last great reign in the league. We we awesome back then also. Like today, we were scintillating and exciting to watch. A feel of invincibility when we were playing. I really didn’t think I’d see those days again but Klopp has transformed us. It’s great to be a Liverpool fan right now 😊 YNWA ✌🏼

Yes Jürgen is a FANTASTIC manager with a brilliant football brain but I truly believe the magic of this football club comes from within the relationships right from the top down. The players crave winning for the love of Jürgen, the love of the club, the love of the owners, the love of the fans, the love of each other. Each player (including the squad players) are so content and happy. Happiness combined with talent is key in a football club. What a club 🥰❤️

As a utd fan since early 2000s, never thought I'd see a lpool manager interview and smile. He deserves all the success. Loved what he was doing at Dortmund was so sad he joined pool over utd. But with our current owners+Ed he wouldn't have got as much success and he deserved the best.

What a great way of describing his man management : it's like giving them (footballers) a play-book. Klopp makes his mangement track record from game to game look easy. It's no wonder he's managed teams to seven finals thus far.
What it comes down to in a basic sense is that Jürgen Klopp goes for what is natural and obvious, what ever it might be. The players are basically doing what they are good at, not what they can't do. How many times have we heard him say "obviously", "it works" or "that's how it is"? It's not random, it's the way he is, he doesn't care or need to pretend, and yes it works fantastically.

At which point in time could they have made a case for sacking him?
In his first season Liverpool reached the Europe League final, played some epic matches, and he had the excuse of having taken over in the middle of the season.
In his second season he got the coveted CL spot. And we all know how things took off after that.
