My seconds hand points at c not am. or pm. Already disconnected from Bluetooth and deleted app and still doesn't go to am or pm

I bought this a few years ago, it just failed yesterday. The light quit and it cannot be programmed using this tutorial. Too bad . My last GShock of any model! Junk
