Saved me the shock of seeing what a pastrami would set me back at Katz's ... I think they used to give you a bowl of sour dill pickles to eat with it...but that was 30 years ago... Thanks Bud!

I can tell from the video, you did not get the best piece of meat. It should be a lot darker in color. Yours looked closer to a hot dog
