If you're buying e-tickets in advance to the summit from East Coast North America, Set an alarm for 2am at least 60 days from the date you want to go to the tower. They start selling early and tour guides scoop them up fast. I have been looking at this for the last two weeks and by 6am EST everything from the afternoon to past sunset is gone. Thanks for the video. P.S. If you're really interested in sunset and night time view, it seems the best way to purchase the tickets is with the champagne option as that gives you a better selection of times. We don't want or need a guide, we just want the tickets on our phones. I would start looking 70 to 65 days before the date you want to go to the tower. Tour companies are allowed to buy tickets 90 days out. It would seem the champagne option is not popular with the guided tours or they would be sold out as well. Good Luck. :)
