This is a Fanny Pack for protecting essential items from the elements. More specifically for water protection. Purchased this for my Daughter who needs to have medical devices near her when swimming.

Great video and helpful demonstration! I got a pair of these. The first started seeping a little water thru the zip locks after 5 months (we'll see how long the second lasts), but still happy with its performance during that time.
