@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK THANK YOU LIZ SO MUCH I LEARNED ALOT FROM YOU AND HOW YOU CARE FOR YOUR SUCCULENTS. AND BY GOD MY SUCCULENTS IS BETTER LOOKING NOW. WAY BETTER THAN BEFORE. GOOD BLEED LIZ.
Lovely video. I have somehow not been able to propagate agavoides through leaves. Recently got a large beautiful agavoides but dnt know the ID. Its tough to know ID if not given. Somehow i love to know the names of all my babies.
I love your bloody maria. Mine is so green and i always burn then just to color then up. Now i realize these succulents are really different from each other. I wonder if you can make a video of plants that color up more in shades as to compare when exposed to full sun.
It's not a straight forward sun/shade exposure. Too many variables involve. For example. Romeo will color better if exposed to winter sun but fades in summer sun, but will color in summer morning sun. Soil mix and watering is also a big factor.
what an amazing plants... so many qualities and you wont get bored. i simply hope i wont loose my patience and passion for discovering their secrets as you do. thanks Liz
Small amount of Chicken manure can be used as fertilizer. Black knight will go green in not given enough light. Slowly introduced it to direct sunlight. Best time is when there's a forecast of successive cloudy or rainy days.
I have a few Bloody Maria's and I've just noticed some of the leaves on my largest one (about 6 inches across) are starting to rot 😥 I have no idea why. Trying to save it literally right now by removing them all so wish me luck. I think I am going to need it 🤞
Liz, how do you protect your succulents during very hot temperature? Its summer here, 98 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. My succulents are in the green house with front and back open doors, and 8 windows left and right, but still the succulents become soft. Any tips to protect them during very hot temperature? Do I need to cover the greenhouse top?
I suggest having a circulating fan. Putting a 50%UV shade cloth over the green house will also help a great deal. As a gauge to the comport of the plants inside the glass house.....If the area is uncomfortable for humans....It will also be uncomfortable for the plants. Soft leaves is an indicator of dry soil. The plants need to be watered but do it only at night or when the temperature is below 30°C/86°F.
Echeveria agavoides Black Rose is different to Bloody Maria. Black rose is prone to rotting and sun sensitive while Bloody Maria is a much stronger plant.

Si Pedro gusto nya talaga sa cam!!!😀
He's very camera shy but loves to be with Mommy all the time especially if I'm busy with something.
Can you use decomposed organic chicken poop in these succulents I’m growing black knight from leafs but they are green what’s up with that

The leaves are quite easy to propagate. My first one also did this and so I ended up with a lot of babies from it. Good luck!
