I don’t think this is cheating because it didn’t affect your progression. If it gave you a brawler, I think that’s cheating but I don’t believe getting some skins are.

i personally think it isn't cheating, firstly these are just skins and don't actually boost any progression, secondly you didn't spend any money on the f2p account. so therefore the account is still f2p

I don’t think getting a few skins is cheating because it didn’t do anything to your progression. It just gave you a few cosmetics so it’s not cheating to me.
You can access the camera on the main screen and it will take you to a secret place full of cameras
Getting skins for someone you already have is like winning your giveaways. We dont spend a cent or get a new brawler. It isnt cheating
Pro tp for if you have bad randoms: you can use play again in solo showdown and it will still count toward quests
