My brother I just started working out with my son. And I will be 65 yrs young come December.witb God willing.. Now since him and I started together we are each other's motivation. And it is fun I got him. Intaking more water. Right now we both drink an gallon every other day. And that amount right there is great for me. He partakes much more water than I do. I see myself going More to the bathroom than before which gets on my nerves 😡 Now his goal is to drink at least an gallon an day,. When it comes to me I'm good with and gallon every 2 days.😄.As for the walking I walk For an good hour around the track and run and good 30 minuets until I'm able to build myself up to do more. But just alone doing that is an big achievement for me. Thank you I have him listen to you and Law for motivation. thank you
