Oil - 2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Bay leaf - 2

Salt - as required
Tomatoes - 3 big
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Malai or fresh cream - 5 teaspoon
Few coriander leaves and dried fenugreek leaves
