Kind of a sardine buljol? Just in time for my lenten Fridays. Uncle Chris is always to the rescue for a flagging menu. Not all heroes wear capes 😊

In West Africa you can find small shops that sell Baguette rolls that they spread Mayonnaise onto and then add a tin of Sardines which is handed to you wrapped in newspaper, and it has always been a favorite breakfast for me rather than the hotel food

Looks so good and I have all of these ingredients in my pantry. It's good to see what else you can do with pantry staples.

Love the recipe. I eat all parts of the tinned sardine. The bones have calcium.😊

I eat sardine choka with rice but no dhal. Sometimes it is a quick cook meal, no time to cook dhal.

Could I stir fry this instead of pouring the oil over it?

Good to get rid of sunflower oil, it’s so unhealthy! The bones are full of nutrition! I keep them in. Thanks for your creativity!
