I have picked up a Fujifilm GX680 III S 6x8 format camera, shooting ILFORD film and working on a new personal project with it. Happy Holidays to you…🎄 Cheers! 🥃
I'm glad you mentioned the struggle of putting your camera down, as I've gotten older it's been harder to juggle shooting and even feeling unmotivated to. It's an ongoing feeling I go through especially during colder months (being from the north east and predominantly an outdoor portrait photog) when I'm not creating I start to get really down on myself but it's nice knowing other people feel the same way. I guess I just have to find a good routine and balance. Great video as usual Mike 🔥
Bro! I have been rockin’ with you since 18k now, you are over 40k, that 100k is coming just be patient. Now, I have no UA-cam channel therefore I cannot stand where you are and lecture you, I am just an old hobbyist photographer giving this young hot photographer some advice. Keep producing and do not focus on the metric, I have heard enough on UA-cam to understand its importance in the YT world but, for your Art it means nothing. Keep the passion for shooting and the focus on your personal relationships, and everything will come into place in time. It took your parents years before they met and created you, then the work came to build who you are. Apply the same concept to this YT channel. Nothing good comes over night! And, just another side suggestion, while at home with your family, do not worry about the dope shots for the YT, capture the raw and cook it up in post 😂😂😂! Happy Holidays to you and your family! I felt I had to post on this special day to my young dope brother of a photographer, today is my birthday and with 53 turns around the sun, life is different looking back and going forward. Cheers!
Great video! (as always) 🙌 been looking into getting some lights for myself. Can i ask what was your setup in this video? Or what do you recommend for setups like these?
Great stuff, Mike. I haven't shot seriously, for me, in years. When I shoot, I'm usually using a D750. Been almost 6 years since I did any studio work, so I'm not really looking at new gear. There's no point in spending money if I'm not going to use it.
Nice work. Long live film. It's all I shooot. I bought a 3 pack of Kodak in 35mm ultramax last week . Kodak is raising their prices January 1st. And when the Trump Tariffs hit next year any film or film cameras made over seas will be made unaffordable.
Great shoot man. Love the colors and also b&w ones.
Got a lot of inspiration from this video. Well done!
Banger shots 🎉
Thank you!

It's a real struggle sometimes, I feel you. But it’s NORMAL. As artists we just have to find ways to hop out of it and get back on track 🙏🏾
