Im a packers fan, congrats to the vikings for this great start to the season, ill be honest, i didnt see it coming, but i was also basing that off of the QB situation. Which has turned out to not be much of a situation for them. So cudos to the vikings. We will see each other next week and i will be there to see it. Go Pack Go!
Finally, the first NFC North battle next week. Not a Vikings fan, but can't wait to see how it will play out with them up against the Packers. Vikings have a shot to make a statement in the division and be 1-0. The NFC North battle I'm excited for the most is the North battle after that one, Vikings vs Lions. If I were the NFL, I'd have that game as a flex.

Love was questionable and practicing in full pads this week. Doing jumping drills on that leg. The timetable was always the Vikings game after we got news that the sprain was only a grade 1-2. DADDY IS COMING HOME BABY 🫡

I wouldn’t call Stroud a checkdown qb…the Viking’s defense looks real scary. That being said, Love will carve up that secondary, GPG.
They are 2-0 against last year's playoff teams. Better than the Dolphins. As a GB fan, this actually feels like a legit Vikings team. Which I can't believe I am saying of a team led by Sam Darnold.

Some media and opposing teams fans choose to believe that the Vikings opponents are "playing bad" when the Vikings win rather than acknowledge the fact that the Vikings are playing great football.
Flores D does help the offense but I only counted ONE play by Sam that could've been disastrous.
The rest of the time, he's played extremely well.
I will take ONE bonehead play per game if Sam gives me Top-Quality QB'ing the rest of the 99% of the game.
As a Lions fan, right now I think the Vikings are real. I believe GB might be the best team in the Division. Now I am giving GB the nod above the Lions & Vikings because to have Love go down and win the next 2 games with Willis is a helluva accomplishment.
My sole question mark with the Vikings is how is Sam Darnold going to respond if he has a bad game that costs them a game. If he is able to shake it off the Vikings have the potential to be the best. Personally despite being from Michigan I have never been impressed with JJ McCarthy and thought that pick could set the Vikings back. I am trying to say something that I need to clarify first. I never find joy in or want to see anyone get hurt that being said JJ being out for the year might be blessing in disguise for Darnold & the Vikings.
I say that because Darnold isn't playing looking over his shoulder or in fear that he is on a short leash so he might have played more conservative. I hope JJ proves me wrong next year & I hope he has a speedy & full recovery.
Right now my Lions are the 3rd best team. Their defense is much improved no question but for whatever reason one of the most prolific offenses looks awful. The Lions presently have yet to play well, they have played good enough. They have failed to do anything in the second half of games(offensively) and they seem lack the ability to create opportunities in the Red Zone.
To me the Strouds (see Tom Grossi) and the Packers were both at risk of either taking a step back or having up and down seasons. So, as of right now you have to say the Strouds are one of those. That means that the win by the Vikings is good, same as the 49ers, it is still less than it would have been last season. When the Vikings get a win against the Packers and Lions, and then keep winning, that's when you can say they are legit. As you guys said, need to see them overcome the Vikings curse.
The new packers defense is gonna tear you guys apart. The vikings have had a really impressive start to the season, but an nfc north match up against the Packers is going to humble this vikings team. Go Pack Go

I think you should believe
I expect Jordan Love to start, BUT he might be slightly limited in movement and might be a little rusty as well. Last year, Brian Flores won the matchup in the first game and Jordan Love (& Matt Lafluer) dominated in the rematch. Can the Packers mitigate whatever limitations that might apply to Jordan Love with new wrinkles to a game plan that features Love's abilities (instead of Malik Willis)?
Dare to dream, you guys. I remember when GB traded for Favre and I figured, whatever. It can happen.
