  • Basic Vasyl Lomachenko Agility Ladder Drill Tutorial
This is a vey basic agility ladder drill for boxing performed by Lomachenko. All you guys will need to do is to have a tight core, some form of coordination or balance, and the ability to utilize one foot at a time. The endurance and plyometric aspect of this little drill will come to you the more you do it. You will start inside the first square of the agility ladder and jump to the outside of that first square (how you see Loma do in the video) then from the outside of that first square you will jump inside to the second square and then jump outside the second square and on to the inside of the third square on the ladder. This will be repeated as long as you can or want. Also if you want to make it a bit more challenging to use a medicine ball. The medicine ball could be a great way to make things a little bit more difficult if it is too easy for you guys. If you want to learn how to box like Lomachenko this is a great way to start considering the fact that Lomachenko's footwork is one of the best ones out there at this time.

I think Loma should go back to these type drills. His footwork isn’t as sharp and balanced as it was at 130 his past few fights.
