Jim Davis's deck looks sweet.

Wish Jim had a cat tribal deck.
Why does he flusterstorm his own Brainstorm and not pay anything to prevent the brainstorm from being countered?
Flusterstorm copies itself for each spell played before, so he used one copy targeting Brainstorm and one targeting the first copy.
@@connorgoers8272 but doesn't he still have to pay for the one copying brainstorm? I'm sorry I'm still somewhat green to legacy I just wanna make sure I understand it better is all :)
Not if that one gets countered, because that first copy doesn't resolve he doesn't have to pay the 1 to keep brainstorm. It's all good tho, cuz i had to look at that play twice since i've never seen it happen before. Davis actually had to call a judge to make sure that it worked that way.
