Hey! I am enjoying your first Floss Tube and am going to subscribe! And Molly, I loved it when you said that sometimes you “fudge”….I’m glad I am not the Lone Ranger 😆😆
Holy jumpin’ , I cant think as fast as you two talk and I surely cant absorb all that eye candy as fast as you show it! I loved EVERYTHING you showed us, love your accents, love all your enthusiasm. Bring on the tutorials!
Hello Molly and Kathy…so nice that you decided to come to UTUBE…you are very different, but as friends, you two are great…the whips are lovely and look forward to the smalls and samplers that you will show…best wishes and happy stitching ❤️❤️
"Eh." Hands in the air. "Must be a Wisconsin thing." hahaha I think it is! I live north of Cedarburg. 94 degrees today! Terrific video! I enjoyed the variety of the floss books and all the beautiful stitching.
You both are very enjoyable. Love to see your finishes. Hope to see some sessions on working with paper. I would like to see a tour of Kathy’s walls of samplers. Carol from Saltbox Stitcher did a tour of hers about 2 years ago. So enjoyed this. I look forward to your next video!!
Hello new stitching friends, Rachel said to stop by and visit, so I did! I poured some coffee and got my stitching out. Boy Howdy am I glad I stopped by. Welcome to Flosstube. I think you did a marvelous job. I promise to share about your evident friendship and wonderful attitude and pieces on my next video. Goodness sakes, I came for the stitching and somehow you managed to SPLASH me with Grace & Goodness. I will be back! Happy Stitching, your new friend, Daleen
Rachel, thank you so much for your sweet words. Made our day. And the same can be said for you. Just love the joy and beautiful smile on your face when I watch your videos. So uplifiting. Just can't thank you enough for the wonderful comment.
Truly enjoyed you video. Loved your floss books and would love to know how to make the charms. Such as the hanging Santa and the ones of the samplers. Looking forward to watching more!
Great job ladies! You both do beautiful stitching. I completely agree Molly, samplers are beautiful. I admire them, but they are not my thing to stitch. Looking forward to seeing future videos.
Welcome to Flosstube! So glad I found your channel! Love all the stitchy and scrappy eye candy! I moved to Mesa, AZ (yes, I am blessed to have The Attic as my LNS), from the Illinois/Wisconsin border almost 2 years ago, I loved going to Cedarburg! Look forward to watching more of your fun Flosstubes!
Hi Ladies! Loved your first video! What wonderful scrappy and stitchy things you have made! Right up my alley! I just started watching you, so I am starting at the beginning and binging your videos. Can’t wait to get all caught up with you!
Lots of eye candy and so many great inspirational ideas from both of you. Loved the scrapbook paper framing the DMC cat project and the powder compact needle holder idea. I will have to go visit some second hand shops and see what I can find.
Molly. I also have that cat to X-stitch...had to FROG lots. I had used the yellow for the sweater, instead of the called for teal... geez... have now put it aside & have several starts from the FAT QUARTER SHOP & designs by Lori Holt of each in my Bonnet Co. patterns published by another one of Kimberly Jolly's businesses called: it's sew emma Stitchery. I have found it am preferring to stitching in hand, more on Linen's & evenweave fabrics. Enjoying your #1 video !!
I liked the insertion of patterns, FFO, WIP'S, ETC; Easier to see on my phone as I like the close-up views best!!! I take screenshots for reference, thanks!
Lori Holt's pattern: Flea Market Flowers... I found putting the clips in the curled end of the rolled up sides, keeps the clip away from snagging my thread!!!
What a delight to have found you all thanks to Rachel of Needle and Flax. You two are so wonderful together. Kathy is a legend in the sampler world, and it will be fun to follow Molly in her cross stitch journey. I'm looking forward to seeing many more videos from the two of you.
Such kind words, thank you!! My love for samplers has certainly become a huge part if my life. I’ve always liked history in school and the stories that are part of each sampler just keep me in awe, drooling and wanting to find another. I truly treasure every one I finish and enjoy their little presence.
Thank you so much for the great comment. I still can't believe how lucky I am to have such a wonderful new neighbor. Kathy is incredible. And I sure have enough pretty new charts to keep me busy for quite a long long while...teeheehee. Thanks for watching.
What a delight to find your channel! I love that your interests are so varied but also are complimentary of each other. I love the scrappy needle books you have made and would love a tutorial from you about making them. This kind of craft challenges me; but I have "other gifts." LOL Can't wait to watch your next video.
Molly!!! I recognize you from your scrapbooking channel. I saw this new floss tube channel and had to check it out. I said, “Hey, that’s Molly!” When the video started. Kathy, you are as lovely as Molly is. I love that you have different styles. I’m loving the thread books. I’m going to have to steal that idea.💕
Hello, Sara. Thank you so much for watching. I still do scrapbooking and cardmaking. But with meeting Kathy next door, I have fallen hard for cross stitching. Love all the patterns available. Great to "see" you again, hugs, Molly.
What a fun Ft- loved it. Molly your cat finish is so happy and Kathy your stitching is inspiring. Loved all your handmade beauties !!! Loved the new jargon . Great stash
Great video, I just found you on #5 and came back to the beginning to see all your stuff ! You two are so great together ! Loved it and yes I’ve subscribed !♥️♥️♥️
You ladies are so inspiring! As a junk journal maker , and now a cross stitcher as well , I have been thinking about how to combine the two crafts. You have given me plenty of ideas to get me motivated! . Can't wait to see your shadow boxes, which is another craft I have been thinking about lately. Your enthusiasm is in infectious ! Best first floss tube video I have seen yet!
Isn’t it fun to merge so many loves together! One can never be board! Thank You so much for watching us gals share our treasures!!. More coming for sure!!!
Oh my gosh, thank you for the great comment! A woman after my heart, paper and thread crafting. So I thing I need to do a junk journal that has a linen, with a bit of cross stitch, cover. Thank yo so much for watching!. Your comment made our day!
Wonderful video! I want to be your neighbor! Please do a video/ tutorial on your paper books! I have gotten into junk journaling but I feel that it always takes time away from my cross stitch and quilting. In fact I have thought I would just get rid of all of my papers, etc. These would be a very helpful and fun solution for me. Thank you for this wonderful video!
You were very much fun to watch. I love your floss holders, and would like to see a tutorial. I was a cross stitcher in the 70s,80s and 90s, then went to paper crafting, but came back to cross stitch around Dec 2019. It was just in time for the pandemic, and I was influenced by Flosstube so much, but, I still have all my scrapbook paper, stamps, etc. I never thought to combine it all like you have done with the floss holders and needle books. Brilliant! Looking forward to more videos from you. Thank you.
I know y’all made this video a while ago so I don’t know if y’all will be able to see this comment, but I loved it! I wish I lived next door to y’all. So much fun! And I need some of those frogs😂
Great first video and looking forward to seeing more! I bought the Jane Stanwix kit from Country Sampler and it is high on my list to start so pls let me know when you plan to start. Your floss books are also fabulous 👌.
I adore how you matted your project with Basic Grey paper. I have so much Basic Grey this is an outstanding idea to use it and get to see it everyday. Love that!
Yay, great to meet ya. I can't believe how easily I fell back in love with cross stitching after so many years. But having Kathy's gorgeous things to inspire me sure made it easy. Thanks so much for watching.
Well thank you, Debra. Kathy's samplers are incredible. Absolutely museum quality. And I'm having a blast with my seasonal things. Thanks so much for watching!
Molly won my heart talking about Tim Holtz inks and scraps of lace and beautiful scrapbook papers, being covered in paint and gold flakes. My cross stitch style is more like yours. Love the samplers but not what hold my interest to stitch. Love your boosting of each other and your enthusiasm.
Thank you, Cheryl Great to hear from a fellow crafter. And Kathy has certainly fallen in love with Tim Holtz, too. Thanks for watching and the sweet comment.
I love you ideas of incorporating scraps and cross stitch. I have been a paper crafter for a long time and stitched alot in the 80s and 90s and got back into it in 2019. I look forward to seeing more of your ideas.
I love you ladies! I cross stitch and also quilt , a friend of mine has given me the title of “Queen of the Frog stitch “ now I have to find a frog charm to make myself a needle minder, thank you for the idea. Happy creating!!!
I enjoyed your flosstube so much! You are both delightful and bring different ideas and tastes to the table! I look forward to seeing your next flosstube!
Molly and Kathy this was a joy to watch! As a fellow multi-crafter I enjoyed hearing how you are combining and mixing things up. I began cross stitching at about 13 years old and haven’t made the leap to linen yet. I would love to hear or see some tips about getting started. Like most stitchers I’m not fond of frogging and it’s the main reason I have held back from trying.
You ladies are so creative and fun. All of your stitching is wonderful and you floss books, floss beds, etc are just darling. See you again, keep sharing your creative hearts with us.
Oh Molly, it just X…but you have elevated the beauty so much. I came back to cross stitching just last year and wowed myself with what is available now. Kathy, I tend toward samplers but love primitive too. Ya’ll talk a mile a minute and just delighted me!
Very fun and upbeat! I love your patterns but am always curious as to who made the pattern cloth size floss kind and size of stitches. It will be fun to watch you grow. Also like your reference to other stitchers. I'm resuming after 30+year hiatus😄. Thank you.
I would love one of those floss away bag flip notebooks! Love that you girls are so different yet compliment each other. And I’m envious that you are neighbors - I want to be your neighbor! ❤
Hi Molly and Kathy, love love love your channel. You two have combined two of my loves! I am a card maker and in January I started cross stitching. Molly I love your Anna Griffin boxes and supplies. Really enjoy how both of you are incorporating paper into making stitching cute. I too have been using my Anna Griffin supplies to make pretties. Both of you had me running to my craft room to pull out the paper items. Molly OMG I am looking at your use of lace and need to get all of my needle book lace back out and now make real needle books. You too are amazing!! Soooo again really love your channel and both of your styles.
Oh, Deborah, I am so happy to meet another Anna Griffin fan. I love all her pretty things. And now I have another person to help me use them up, teeheehee. Enjoy using those pretty laces you have. I bet your book will be wonderful. Thanks so much for watching and the wonderful comment.
I hope we can do a "walk through" of some of her gorgeous samplers. It took me over 30 minutes just to go up her stairs, I was so busy falling in love with all the samplers on just that wall. Thank you for watching and the sweet comment.
I love all the different items you make! I hand embroider but used to cross-stitch. I make a variety of things and love that your channel has so many different crafts. Keep it up. One suggestion if you please -when you hold things up to the camera please hold it still a bit longer so we can actually see the picture you are showing. Thank you.
This was a great video. It's so cool that you're neighbors. I don't know anyone in my area (close enough to stitch with) that also stitches. I loved all of the projects you both showed. I also really enjoyed the difference in styles between you two. I'm also a papercrafter so really enjoyed seeing how you incorporated it into your needlework. I would love to see a tutorial on your charms and on the floss folders you both showed. Thanks so much for sharing with us!
I thoroughly enjoyed your video. I was a cross stitcher before I discovered rubber stamps, scrapbook paper & Tim Holtz. (I was lucky enough to take a class with him.) Well, that journey carried me away from needlework for about 20 years. 4 years ago I began to cross stitch again and haven't touched stamps or paper, inks & stains since. Your video was such an inspiration. I would love a tutorial on how to make the floss books and floss drops. It would be fun to get inky again and use some of my papers, ribbons, laces & ephemera that I still have. Looking forward to your next video.
Hello ... from South Africa. Really enjoyed your floss tube! The cat pattern and the way you framed it is stunning. The WIPS are lovely to see, thanks for sharing.
Phew! Molly, you wore me out. I love, love your scrap things. The lace needle book just took my breath away. How wonderful to be neighbors. Looking forward to lots of tutorials. We lived in Sugarland TX for 20 years but we now live twenty minutes from The Attic. I worked three blocks from The Attic for years but was not doing cross stitch at the time, thank goodness, because I would have had to get a second job I would have been down there buying everything. I like to do all kinds of crafts but have limited myself to quilting and cross stitch with the realization I’ll never get all these patterns finished in either cross stitch nor quilting. So happy to add you to my floss tube subscriptions. 👍
Hello from New Zealand, I have tuned in on Carol, Brenda and Laura’s recommendation and I love your flosstubes!! I can’t wait to binge watch your other 2 videos 😊😊😊👋🇳🇿💐
Great first flosstube!! Looking forward to seeing more. Kathy I am pleased to hear that you are a monogamous stitcher. I enjoy being one too. I am stitching my first Bristol red sampler (almost done). Molly, you are so creative. Such a great idea of storing the floss bags.
Thank You! It’s really hard sometimes to stick to just one as the many beautiful designs keep coming! But I want them done, framed and hanging! And I feel sooooooo accomplished! I love that feeling!
WOW!!! I am a paper crafter also and I never thought of using paper to make needle books and thread keeps. This is an amazing idea. You ladies are so fun to watch. I love that you are different and yet alike.
Hey! I am enjoying your first Floss Tube and am going to subscribe! And Molly, I loved it when you said that sometimes you “fudge”….I’m glad I am not the Lone Ranger 😆😆
Welcome back ladies and so enjoyable to watch you gals again! So many cute things and always am inspired after watching you two....thanks

Thank you, Sadie. Both for watching and the sweet comment.
I enjoyed this ladies. Welcome back Molly.
That was fun. I am totally not a sampler stitcher. I am a total immature pattern picker!! No shame 🤗
That made me laugh out loud!!!
I would love one of those floss away bag flip notebooks! Love that you girls are so different yet compliment each other. And I’m envious that you are neighbors - I want to be your neighbor! ❤

Congratulations with your first Flosstube Lady’s, Looking forwards to seeing more love your storage for your floss Happy Stitching Lynn In UK 🇬🇧🧵🪡✂️
Hello, Lynn! Thank you so much for watching and the sweet comment.
Love your video and both of your styles. Looking forward to more videos from you!!
Thank You!
Thank you, Katelynn.
Enjoyed my time with y’all. Sounds like you have a lot to share!! Yaaay🙌
Thank you so much, Pam. Love your comment!
Hello ... from South Africa. Really enjoyed your floss tube! The cat pattern and the way you framed it is stunning. The WIPS are lovely to see, thanks for sharing.
Small world!!!
I enjoyed your video you are both so talented. I can't wait to see more of what you two are up to.
Sure was fun to “meet” y’all! Looking forward to seeing the next video 💖
WOW!!! I am a paper crafter also and I never thought of using paper to make needle books and thread keeps. This is an amazing idea. You ladies are so fun to watch. I love that you are different and yet alike.
Kathy this is a great flosstube! How happy you and Molly are. Keep it up - love your stitching necessaries and I can’t wait for the tutorials. Cheers!
