Teknetics Delta 4000 finding silver coin spill

A cluster of coins found while giving my Teknetics Delta a spin at a local park. Luckily, I captured this dig on video. Still getting used to this new metal detector but I am liking it!

I own a Delta myself and I also own the double DD coil and the standard 8" coil.In my opinion the 8" coil is better but it depends on where your hunting too.You don't want to use the DD coil where there's a lot of garbage around.Great finds!

Hi,on the latest Delta it has a relocated coilsocket,so much easier to undo,the controlbox is same as new omega/G2+ in that its one headphone socket with rubber dustcover.I must mention that once youve took 8"coil off and put the 11"stock or aftermarket coil on,The Delta awakes! it gives a solid tid number at 10",i own a Eurotekpro,G2+ and a cscope(17hrtz).I use Nel snake,sharpshooter,hunter as they are compatible with all 3 of my teknetics md.s and never fail to amaze me on their separation+depth.The new Delta is amazing for price and operation,my only bug with it,is it has no memory and crap8"coil,i put the etp 8"coil it worked great.Great video,wellshot+edited.thankyou.GL HH

I see in the previous comments that you purchased your Delta with that coil. What type of coil is it? Does that coil need to have the screw-in to push-in adapter? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Nice haul by the way buddy!

This is the double D coil made by Teknetics. Their detectors can be purchased with this coil so it is fully compatible. It is supposed to go deeper and be more sensitive to small targets.

Yomo Henry I bought the detector with that coil for additional cost. You can buy those coils separately too.

+jdmciviczc I bought the detector with that coil so I can't compare it to the standard round one. It's supposed to go deeper and be more sensitive.
