    This is my first try to shoot car interiors, I used ice light 2 to light paint the car's interior & ended up with 8 different exposures that I blended in adobe photoshop, enjoy!

    Really enjoyed the tutorial. Subscribed. One comment- felt a little slow in Photoshop, as once you explained how you were masking, and enabling each mask, you could go through it a little quicker, and even flip the mask on and off to show the effect more clearly.

    I just stumbled upon this video which I found very helpful. Thank you. I've also subscribed to your channel and expect to benefit more from your experience.
    I also want to congratulate you on the recent birth of your daughter, Jasmine. I believe you've selected both a beautiful and powerful name for her. The Jasmine plant is not only beautiful with an appealing fragrance but also has very powerful medicinal uses in healing the sick. One might say, the Jasmine plant offers many valuable benefits; it is a wonderful name.

    Sir thanks for posting. I just tried this on my car, and the technique worked beautifully! One thing I'll mention. When I got the images into PS I notice a slight alignment problem in several of the shots. I couldn't figure it out because I had the camera outside the car on a very sturdy tri-pod. And then I realized the camera didn't move, the car did once I climbed into the back seat. Someone as trim and fit as you are probably wouldn't have that problem but at 6-4, 230lbs, turns out the springs react to me!

    Hey Moe! Really enjoying your videos at the moment getting through them one by one. I’m really into photoshops and since my dad has a large collection of cars I am really trying to work on getting better at it. Have you ever thought about recording your day at a client and just speaking over explaining what your doing and why baisically ‘inside the mind of a professional car photographer’ also I thought you could do a beginners guide video on how beginners can get work to build experience and a beginners equipment list. Thankyou and keep up the good work. Also congrats!

  • @arjunsureshlal6366
    @arjunsureshlal6366 6 років тому +1

    Moe, so between Light painting and Strobes, which technique is better? How do we know which we should go for? Or can we just do any of these and get similar results? Is it just a matter or techniques being different or is there any difference in the final image?
    Oh and btw " apply the maks SIGH*" funniest shit ever 🤣🤣🤣

    • @MoeZainal
      @MoeZainal  6 років тому +1

      You can achieve the same look with multiple strobes or multiple shots and a strobe with different modifiers- some even mix both strobes and LEDs - there isn't a better technique & it's all about using the right tools the right way :-) haha yes for some reason I went all the way "remove the mask" 🤦🏻‍♂️

    • @arjunsureshlal6366
      @arjunsureshlal6366 6 років тому

      I was thinking why should we invest in strobes at all, but realized light painting can only be done in dark environments but strobes can be used at any situation and even to compliment the ambient light.

    Click the door latches across with a pen or similar - that tricks the car into thinking the doors are closed. You can also clip the seatbelt sin behind the seats to remove the seatbelt warning light.

      Good question, when you focus on a point, there will be a focus range in front and back of the point, I usually aim close to the middle. Read some articles on photopills about focusing they also have videos www.photopills.com/articles/depth-of-field-guide

    hey moe. new to your page and great work by the way! a little trick with the door (say if the only thing that you are worried about is the door showing open) is to find a clip to press the button that the door pushes to sense it closing or take a screwdriver and press the latch that hooks onto the car inward on the actual door if it senses that way. this will eliminate the door ajar alert on any car. just make sure if you latch the door closed while open to not forget to open the latch. pull the door handle and press outward to release it or remove the clip from the B pillar. hope that helps a simple issue!

    • @MoeZainal
      @MoeZainal  6 років тому
