Sometimes dropping the weights right back and letting your muscles have a minute is what’s needed! Hi from another endo girlie here! First, I am new here and love the vibes. Second, the arm strength is something I get too. I think it has something to do with the cycle because I lose strength around my ovulation and then again when I start my period. I figured it out from just documentation of workouts and cycles each month. Either way omg you are doing great! You have endo/pcos AND body recomp'ed like that... Damn proud of you ❤

Hi holly just wonder what playlist you listen to in the gym I’m looking for a good one to try keep me motivated I have added jacket potato’s into my diet plan aswell and I’m loving them with turkey lardons and cheese
I don’t know the scientific/technical language but you only keep eggs out of they haven’t been washed yet. I grew up with chickens and they have this film around the egg shell that keep it from getting bacteria so it’s good at room temp but once it’s been rinsed/cleaned you need to refrigerate it! (Which would explain why store bought eggs are in the coolers and farmers market eggs might not be)
Do you have any recommendations for a 10k running programme? I will be finishing couch to 5k soon and looking for something similar to take me from 5-10k x
Do you focus more on macros or calories while bulking? Of course hitting your protein but I always struggle with eating a lot more carbs/fats than I’m used to when trying to bulk
